Entertaining entertainment in the Rococo style

Hunting was not only a popular pastime
in the 17th and 18th centuries.
However, like other entertainments,
it was celebrated excessively, exuberantly and on a huge scale.
Before the ball, you can learn a lot about baroque hunting,
try it out and enjoy it.
And we promise, no blood will be shed...
So you can indulge in a baroque hunting passion.
 
The decision is not easy, because on the one hand the winding paths
of the park invite you to take a leisurely stroll,
while on the other hand the lovely meadows tempt you
to have a leisurely picnic.
Here you can fortify yourself from your own picnic basket so
that you are prepared for the arduous journey home.
In the spirit of a "Baroque hunting pleasure",
various entertainments are also available for you to choose from.
In addition, one or two surprises await you at the start.
 
So let us stroll through the splendid realms of the Hofgarten
and reminisce about the joys of the ball.
Let us rejoice or sigh in childlike happiness
and indulge in innocent pleasures.
I have prepared a few games for this purpose.
But you are also welcome to be inspired
by the following pictures and to contribute your own games.
We should only get things like a Montgolfière approved beforehand :-)

It is up to you, my guests, to make the ball
in Eichstätt a perfect experience.

so that we can truly immerse ourselves
in the time around 1750.
