Le Bon Ton Galant

As previously described, our festivities are entirely dedicated to the "Le Bon Genre" format. Instead of counting steps, we create a perfect visual illusion together within the magnificent backdrop of Eichstätt. The Brisk Dancing Through offers the perfect space to leave everyday life behind and to immerse yourself with joy and lightness into the fascinating world of the Rococo.

The true centerpiece of this experience is the "Bon Ton Galant" – the art of cultivated encounter and elegant movement. In our courses, you will not only learn the festive sequences of steps but also naturally internalize the refined posture and historical etiquette to which this gallant style commits us. Thus, you will glide into our magnificent ball night perfectly prepared, relaxed, and full of anticipation.

Please, no street shoes or sneakers.
Light dance attire and footwear are required
(dance slippers, dance sneakers, or jazz dance shoes).

• We kindly request that you maintain silence during the dance instructions and listen to the explanations – even if you consider yourself already proficient in the dance.
• Please always join the line at the lower end and do not leave the set under any circumstances while the dance is in progress.
• A watchful eye on other dancers is an excellent means to grasp the flow of the dance and enhance your own confidence.
• In the spirit of gallantry, we request ladies to occasionally yield their partner to other ladies for a dance. Likewise, gentlemen are encouraged to dedicate their attention equally to all ladies of the society.

• To ensure the historical atmosphere remains undisturbed, mobile phones must be kept strictly on silent (with the exception of the event management to ensure reachability).
• Please note that pets are not permitted in the dance hall.

• Ticket sales and the foundation of the ball week: To guarantee the magnificent execution of the festivities, we kindly request your timely booking starting from the advance sale on September 1, 2026. Since the Grand Masquerade Ball is the focal point of our days together, the realization of all courses and divertissements is strictly bound to its occurrence. A prerequisite for this is a society of at least 50 persons by December 31, 2026.
• Divertissements and individual courses: Please note that specific participant numbers are required for individual program items (for the Brisk Dancing Through, for example, 30 to a maximum of 50 registrations are needed). Should an individual course fail to reach this number, only that specific program item will be cancelled. This may postpone the general start of the festivities for affected guests (e.g., to Friday).
• Accommodation & Concierge Service: Take advantage of our new exclusive and complimentary concierge service. Most hotel rooms are reserved for our guests until January 31, 2027!
• Culinary matters and personal expenses: Apart from the refreshments provided during the dance courses, please note that all other or self-ordered food and drinks (such as during break hours) must be paid for directly by each guest.
• Please note our booking phases: Until the minimum number of participants is secured, we offer exclusively our full-value, discounted event packages. Once the event is confirmed, the package offer will close, and henceforth only individual tickets for the ball and remaining workshops will be available.
• We kindly point out that from September 1, the "Brisk Dancing Through" event is reserved exclusively for our guests with the "Petit Forfait" & "Grand Forfait" arrangements and is not available for individual booking.

Should the minimum number of participants not be reached contrary to expectations, and the event must be cancelled on our part, the fee paid will of course be refunded to you in full and without deductions.
