Le Bon Ton Galant

As already described, we dedicate our festivities entirely to the "Le Bon Genre" format. Instead of counting stitches, we create a perfect optical illusion together in the magnificent setting of Eichstätt. The ball preparation offers you the perfect space to leave everyday life behind and immerse yourself in the fascinating world of the Rococo with joy and ease.

The true heart of this experience is the "Bon Ton Galant" – the art of cultivated encounter and elegant movement. In our courses, you not only learn the festive sequences of steps, but naturally internalize the refined posture and historical etiquette to which this gallant style obliges us. Thus you glide perfectly prepared, relaxed, and full of anticipation into our magnificent ball night.

Please no street or athletic shoes.
Light dancing attire and shoes
(ballet slippers, dance sneakers, or jazz dance shoes).

• We most politely request that you maintain silence during the dance instructions and listen to the explanations – even if you believe you are already secure in your knowledge of the dance.
• Please always join the set at the bottom of the line and under no circumstances leave it while the dance is in progress.
• A watchful eye on the other dancers is an excellent means of grasping the flow of the dance and increasing one's own safety.
• In the spirit of gallantry, we ask the ladies to occasionally cede their gentleman to other ladies for a dance. Likewise, the gentlemen should devote their attention equally to all ladies of the society.

• In order not to disturb the historical atmosphere, mobile telephones must be strictly silenced (with the exception of the event management to ensure availability).
• Please note that pets are not permitted in the dance hall.

• Ticket Sales and the Foundation of the Ball Week: In order to guarantee the magnificent execution of the festivities, we respectfully request your timely booking starting with the advance sales on September 1, 2026. As the Grand Masquerade Ball forms the center of our days together, the realization of all courses and divertissements is strictly bound to it taking place. The prerequisite for this is an assembly of at least 50 persons by December 31, 2026.
• Divertissements and Individual Courses: Please note that specific participant numbers are also required for the individual program items (for example, ball preparation requires 10 to a maximum of 20 registrations). Should an individual course not reach this number, only that specific program item will be canceled. This may postpone the general start of the festivities for the affected guests (for example, to Friday).
• Accommodation & Concierge Service: Take advantage of our new exclusive and complimentary concierge service. Most hotel rooms are reserved for our guests until January 31, 2027!
• Culinary Delights and Own Reckoning: Apart from the refreshing water provided at the dance courses, we ask you to note that all further or self-ordered food and beverages (such as at the tavern gatherings) are to be settled directly by each guest themselves.
• Please note our booking phases: Until the minimum number of participants is secured, we exclusively offer you our comprehensive, discounted event packages. As soon as the hosting of the event is secured, the offer of the packages closes and from then on only individual tickets for the ball and the remaining workshops can be purchased.
• We respectfully point out that from September 1, the course "Ball Preparation" is exclusively reserved for our guests with the "Grand Forfait" arrangement and is not available as an individual booking.

Should the minimum number of participants, contrary to expectations, not be reached and the event must be canceled on our part, the paid fee will naturally be refunded to you in full and without deductions.
